A.I. Tool of the Week 🛠️

PFP Maker 👨🏼
This tool allows you to take any image of yourself and upload it, automatically cropping yourself from the original image and displaying you in front of a number of slick looking backgrounds. This is great for creating a professional-looking profile picture for Twitter and LinkedIn, and the best part is it’s completely free with no branding or watermarks! I’ve used it myself for my own Twitter profile. To use this tool:

  1. Click upload and select a nice, front-on, centred image of yourself.

  2. Feel free to adjust the photo, add a shadow or select your own colour palette with the tools at the top of the page.

  3. Scroll down and browse all the different profile pictures it’s generated.

  4. When you find one you like, hover over it and click the download button to save it onto your computer.

  5. If you’d like, you can also click the eye icon and it’ll give you a bunch of different banner backgrounds to match with your PFP!

Prompt of the Week 💬

This weeks prompt will allow ChatGPT to give you much better responses when asking it to help you with work. We all know ChatGPT can sometimes be rather bland or generic, so this will help ensure you’re getting a high quality response!

  1. Find a blog post discussing the topic that you need help with, for example “how to create an email marketing campaign”.

  2. With a plug-in enabled that allows links, paste in the prompt below and replace [insert] with the topic you need help with.

  3. Paste the link under the prompt, and get your results!

Utilize the concepts and ideas presented in the blog post linked below to develop a comprehensive framework for [insert]. Additionally, request any necessary information from me to ensure all relevant details are gathered

ChatGPT Tip of the Week 👨🏼‍💻

This weeks ChatGPT tip is:

Utilise ChatGPT’s new instruction feature!

ChatGPT’s new ‘custom instruction’ feature allows you to enter information both about yourself and/or business, as well as how you’d like it to respond. This means you can stop repeating yourself in every prompt, because it will now remember key information! This is like having your own, personalised chatbot assistant. 🤖 To enable this feature:

  1. Click on your username in the bottom left of your ChatGPT screen.

  2. Go into “Settings & Beta”

  3. Under the “Beta features” tab, you’ll see an option to toggle on the new custom instructions feature.

  4. Now you can find the “custom instructions” option when clicking your profile again, this will bring up the screen to enter in any information you please.
